BURN YOUR BURNOUT

This program offers mental health tools and education designed to help you navigate stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. Stress directly affects your immune system. RIGHT NOW is the most important time to choose healthy habits in the face of stress & burnout. Welcome to our global community for self-care & service!

Each day is organized into daily principles, like the one you see here. All content is delivered by wellbeing practitioners and mental health professionals.

You will also get a link to join our vibrant Facebook community social support network - a safe space to share and connect.


The content drops daily for 14 days - there is a Day 0 Welcome session, and a Day 13 What's Next session. You will get new content one day at a time, and you’ll be able to review previous days whenever you want!

You can join this program as an individual participant or join as a group!


All proceeds from this program will help us serve our communities with essential physical and mental wellbeing tools, and create income-generating opportunities for African wellbeing leaders.



We are reaching marginalized African youth through our online academy, outreach classes and virtual studio, creating social support networks and sustainable income-generating opportunities.
